Fall Recipe Time...take 2!

This week I am sharing a very simple recipe for a delicious, fall side dish. Well, it's delicious any time of year, but I associate it with fall since it is part of our family's Thanksgiving tradition. Give it a try!

Corn Casserole
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream style corn
8 oz sour cream
1 stick margarine
1 box Jiffy cornbreak mix

Dump all ingredients together and mix well. Place in a baking dish. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Yum!

  1. Yeah! Thanks for posting again Lori. I've made this casserole before as well and LOVE it!

Yes, leaving a comment on the weekly fall foods post on my site is exactly right. I've put your link up for this week. I would appreciate it if you would mention Fabulous Fall Foods on your post and the cookbook giveaway. Thanks much!
